I believe this is where my firm most separates itself from others, both in philosophy and results.  Far too many law firms believe in a “settlement first, trial if we have too” approach. I adamantly believe that style of litigation does not achieve the best results, and ironically results in a more contentious relationship between opposing counsels.

From the moment I take the case, I am planning my closing arguments for trial, whether I represent Plaintiff or Defendant.  It is true that most cases settle, but the best results come when the opposition realizes that you are prepared to see the litigation through to its conclusion. This is demonstrated through my complete preparation and passionate belief in my client’s position. Additionally, my many years of experience with expert testimony, especially medical, have allowed me an understanding and comfort level that I believe benefits my clients. Civil litigation is the area of law where an attorney can be the most creative and innovative.
