Below are just a fraction of the successful results I have obtained for my clients over the past few years. You should remember, however, no Attorney should ever “guarantee” a result. Each case is different, and success on one matter is not an indicator of success on a similar case.

-My client was charged with Aggravated DUI, and was facing between 4 and 15 years in prison. My client was found not guilty after a bench trial.

-My client was charged with several crimes including, Attempted Murder, Aggravated Battery, and unlawful use of a weapon. The minimum sentence was 31 years. The jury found him not guilty on all counts.

-A client charged with Unlawful Possession of a Motor Vehicle chose to have his case heard by a Jury. The Jury found him not guilty in less than an hour.

-A client accused of Retail Theft was acquitted by a Jury after a two day trial.

-A client who owned his own contracting company was charged with Theft, Financial Exploitation of the Elderly, and Home Repair Fraud. A Jury found him not guilty in less than an hour.

-My client was charged with Aggravated DUI, and a minimum 2 year prison sentence. He was found not guilty by a Jury.

-My client was accused of breaking a police officer’s nose. He was charged with two counts of Aggravated Battery. A Jury found him not guilty of all counts in less than an hour.

-A client charged with Armed Robbery and Robbery was found not guilty on all counts after twenty five minutes of deliberation by the jury.

-A client was charged with Criminal Damage to Property. The jury deliberated less than five minutes before finding my client Not Guilty.
